"Got the wrong item and still waiting"
I ordered two baking mixes, but when the box showed up, only one of them was right. The other item was some random cheese powder I definitely didn’t order. The weird part is the packing slip had my actual order on it, so I have no clue how that even happens. I reached out to support, but they’ve been slow, and I’m still waiting for them to fix it. it kind of feels like they’re quick to take your money but not nearly as quick to make things right when they mess up.

My package arrived with the packaging broken open and stuff clearly not secured properly. I already explained the issue more than once, so it’s frustrating having to keep repeating that the package was damaged when it got here

I went on hoosierhillfarm.com hoping to find some easy recipes for their powders and mixes, but most of them weren’t that helpful. The steps felt way too basic, like they skipped over the parts you actually need when you’re in the middle of cooking and wondering if you’re doing it right.
I ended up bouncing around other sites just to figure out temperatures, measurements, and what to do when things didn’t look like they were supposed to. Like, make it make sense — if I’m already using your product, I shouldn’t have to go on a scavenger hunt just to finish a recipe

I went in thinking there would be a decent variety to pick from, but it was a lot more limited than I expected. I couldn’t find a few basic things I had in mind, so I ended up leaving a bit disappointed.

I kind of wanted to give the site a chance, and some parts looked decent, but I still didn’t feel totally comfortable ordering from it. The info felt a bit scattered, and the reviews didn’t really help much since they seemed mixed in a confusing way. Maybe it’s fine, but I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I should be cautious.

I really wanted this to work, but the powder was clumpy right out of the container. Even after shaking it for a while, there were still little gritty bits at the bottom, which made it annoying to drink.

"Bulk options didn’t really fit what I needed"
I was hoping to order a larger bulk size, but the options felt limited and a little confusing. I like to keep a reasonable amount stocked at home without overdoing it, and the sizes were either too small or way more than I’d actually use. For my usual standard of home storage, it just wasn’t that helpful.

I ordered a few baking items and honestly , the quality was disappointing . One bag had clumps in it and smelled a little stale , and another one just didn’t taste fresh at all . Maybe I just got a bad batch , but for the price , I expected a lot better . I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again .

I might be overthinking it, but the prices just don’t seem as competitive as they used to be. I found the same items cheaper on a couple of other sites, so now I’m second-guessing whether it makes sense to keep ordering here.

"Dates were way too close for pantry stuff"
I ordered a few pantry items thinking I could stock up, but the best-by dates were way closer than I expected. One bag even smelled kind of stale as soon as I opened it, which was frustrating. I emailed about it and barely got any help, so at that point I was just over it. what’s the point of buying pantry items if they’re already almost done?

"Good products, but the site needs to be fixed"
I do like some of the products, but the website made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages feel cluttered, and it took way too many clicks just to find basic information. Search was inconsistent for me, and on my phone some pages loaded slowly or didn’t look right. Checkout did go through, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. I almost gave up before finishing my order. If a company wants people to shop online, they really need to take responsibility for making the site easier to use and keeping it working properly.

I went on Hoosier Hill Farm looking for a few harder-to-find baking ingredients, since that was basically the whole reason I was shopping there. But this is where it got annoying: almost everything I needed was either out of stock or not listed anymore. I ended up having to order from two other sites instead, which kind of defeated the purpose. If the specialty stuff isn’t actually available, I’m not sure there’s much reason for me to check here first...

I ordered stuff and the delivery was late not once, but twice. The tracking was barely updating too, which made it even more frustrating. I just kept waiting with no real update, so it wasn’t the good experience.

"Reseal strip doesn’t actually seal"
I bought this expecting the reseal strip to keep the bag closed like it claims, but that has not been my experience at all. It barely stays shut, and now I’ve got powder spilling everywhere whenever I move it. Frustrating when the packaging promises an easy reseal and then doesn’t deliver.

I tried placing an order on Hoosier Hill Farm, and it was more annoying than it should’ve been. The site kept sending me back to double-check things I had already filled out, which made the whole process feel clunky and careless.
The cart was confusing too. I couldn’t really tell what was saved, what changed, or what the shipping total was until later, and it just felt like everything was being handled without much attention to detail.
I ended up giving up for a while and coming back to it, but ordering online shouldn’t take that much effort. It wasn’t smooth at all, and by the end I was just frustrated.

I’m not sure how to explain it, but something felt off with the flavor. It had this stale, weird taste that didn’t seem right to me. I was hoping it would be better, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I reached out to support it took days to get a reply. I get that teams get busy, but when you need help, who wants to sit around waiting that long? A quicker response would’ve made the whole experience a lot less frustrating.
